Thanks Jonathan for this reporting as it is not being emphasized by the “MSM.” The parallel sourcing of non-government information from conspiracists seems to be a feature of this movement…if objective reality is out of bounds with your actions, just invent it from the fringe.

“If the accusations on which Trump is basing his claim for Alien Enemies Act powers were remotely near the truth, the last thing his administration would want would be to let these footsoldiers out of their grasp, especially right away.”

This! I admit I had not thought of this nor have I read or heard it anywhere else. Although we know he is full of 💩, this is proof for those who still cling to the con. Good job!

Pretty sure it's just a show of power to not cross tr*mp or away you'll go..that's why they can't bring a single person back.

It's meant to make the average us citizen fearful. Just the wiff of something tr*mp doesn't like and bam. Your car is stopped windows smashed, and you're dragged oit. no lawyers, your gone never to return. Who wouldn't be scared.

Regarding Garcia, if and when he is returned to the US, in all likelihood he will simply be deported again, perhaps right back to his home country El Salvador, since Van Hollen has inadvertently demonstrated that Garcia’s life is not in danger there.

Garcia told him he was in solitary, likely for his own safety, because there are members of the gang which terrorized his family in the same prison. That doesn’t constitute proof that he would not be endangered in El Salvador

Oh by the way….

“Kilmar Abrego Garcia told Sen. Chris Van Hollen that he was moved nine days ago from El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center, or CECOT, to another facility with better conditions.”

He was having cocktails with the “our hero” Van Hollen, hardly convincing evidence of imminent danger to take before an immigration judge.

My understanding, drawing directly from the statement of Van Hollen, is that the cocktail story is complete BS. He pointed out that the salt rimmed glasses were never touched by either man as can be seen by lack of missing salt. It was nothing but staging.

Now he’s complaining about the bar service? 🤣

The Cult is strong with this one! George is visiting from somewhere where Steven Miller is admired…

Pick a side. You can’t claim both that his life isn’t in danger AND acknowledge that he’s being held hostage.

George Shay's avatar

There is no evidence that his life is in danger and he is not being held hostage.
