These god-bothering evangelicals are actually trying to bring about the biblical “end times” and rapture like it’s a real thing and not a metaphorical lesson for humans who were about 6 neck hairs shy of being Neanderthal cave dwellers when those wonky fungal-infected prophecies were scratched onto parchment after a multi-centennial game of telephone subsided. But if these idiot cultists have their way, they’ll see us all living in caves, with no rapture-up-to-Jesus in sight, of course.

"the [Military Religious Freedom] foundation was “inundated” by reports of military commanders rejoicing in the prospect that the End Times were near."

THIS is SO disturbing! Our military commanders are religious nuts??

They may believe the End Times are near because of some mystical sky-being, but I have other reasons to believe end-times are near...

There are two ways to tell that Ralph Drollinger is a false prophet:

1 MAGA Mike and Kegbreath, two upright, stalwart examples of Americanized Christian Evangelicalism (a version that has perverted the teachings of the Christ to fit their needs) sponsor Bible Studies groups focused on Drollinger's rants. These two fine folk, and the rest who attend the study sessions, have shown myriad times that they are clueless when it comes to true Christian thought. It's not a question of how many of the Ten Commandments they have broken, it's how few -- if any -- they haven't broken.

2 For the number of times Drollinger has visited the White House, he must have passed Stephen Miller at least a couple of times (not necessarily contact, just passed like two ships in the night) and yet neither have burst into flames.

(Full disclosure: I'm not a Christian, nor practitioner of any organized religion. In fact, I'd likely be in the front at a friendly neighborhood auto-da-fé. In the words of the late, great Marx -- Groucho, that is -- when it comes to said religions: "Please accept my resignation. I don't want to belong to any [church] that will accept people like me as a [parishioner].")

😱 echoes of the crusades, which basically were a way to give the embittered and irritable younger sons of the ruling class something to do far away from home instead of causing trouble for their eldest brothers inheriting the whole kaboodle.

I too thought of The Crusades while reading this post. These people are stuck in the 11th century.

As a Jew, I am of course thrilled to know evangelicals believe either that they need us to gather in Israel in order to fulfill their End Times prophecy—in which we die—or they don't need us at all because Judaism has been totally superseded by Christianity.

Bible states that God is no respecter of persons, meaning He does not show favoritism or partiality among people. This concept is highlighted in Acts 10:34, where Peter acknowledges that God accepts those from every nation who fear Him and do what is right. I am no biblical scholar, but a clear reading of that NEW Testament passage does not require that Christians accept anything Israel does. In addition, there are plenty of places in the Bible where Israel sinned against God . The people are not infallible; supporting their sin could not be more unchristian. Just my thoughts.

So tired of hearing about bible shit, religion in politics, and the hypocrites from whose mouths these 'righteous' claims spew.

None of them would extend a helping hand or a meal to a person who wasn't white wearing a red hat.

Drollinger is a brain-washed fool and should be barred from the capitol.

"Religious freedom" does not mean biblical foreign policy.

The Constitution protects free exercise of religion, it does not empower unelected preachers to dictate national security doctrine.

Capitol Ministries is not offering spiritual guidance, they’re laundering apocalyptic nationalism into official U.S. policy.

This isn't pastoral work. It’s ideological warfare cloaked in scripture.

Any policymaker making decisions on war based on prophecy, not evidence, is unfit to serve.

War is not a religious rite. It's a matter of life, death, diplomacy, and law.

If biblical literacy is the justification for national loyalty, what happens when scripture conflicts with the Constitution?

Theocratic systems don’t just "bless", they punish. That’s not freedom, it’s coercion.

Final Thought (for now)

This isn’t fringe anymore, it’s infrastructure. Drollinger’s work is dangerous not because it’s religious, but because it’s weaponized faith fused to state power. The fact that this entire structure can operate without public accountability and influence cabinet-level decision-making is precisely the kind of thing that turns democracy into a holy war machine.

I resent myself, my family and my friends being called stupid! I spent 5 years in Sunday School, ten years in Torah study, two plus years studying Talmud, and four years as an Administrative Aide to an Orthodox Army Rabbi! Lately I have been learning a whole lot about the Greatest Fiction Ever Told. Exactly which version of the book do the Nat. Cs use?
